Greg BarclayFinally, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has got a new permanent head after Shashank Manohar resigned from the post on June 30. Greg Barclay, an Auckland-based commercial lawyer, has been elected as the new Independent Chair of the governing body. He will take the role after stepping down from the current position at New Zealand Cricket (NZC). Greg Barclay has taken up several roles in administration.
